Their phone customer service is great but does not reflect at all in the front desk. They are rude, judgy and will not check you in until well past 8pm because they are still cleaning when by the check in time of 3pm the rooms should be ready to go since check out is noon. I still stand by my original review, enter at own risk that while they slapped some paint on the pig, the staff at the front desk specifically still make the whole hotel stink.

We've come here countless times, this hotel and casino has been a staple in my childhood (the children's casino that is). This time around we came with my elderly grandparents and we had a handicap room on a low floor reserved with linking rooms. When we got there they put us in another building on the 16th floor with us distributed in every corner of the floor. That was not right since we made the reservation a month in advance. I went down the second day to have a supervisor change us. They did but the people who are at the front desk a very rude under pressure and high volume of people trying to check in. We didn't get our money back which I'm still upset about. The sky tower rooms are old, outdated with mold and peeling paint in the shower and holes in the bedsheets. Enter and reserve at your own risk
