Several years ago I had bad experience with an associate from James River, had decided not to use y'all again..
I told one of your associates the other day about the issue, he said he was sorry and to please try James River again..
Today my system acted up, I was getting ready to call another company but I thought I would y'all one more try..
I am so glad I did, the young lady was very pleasant on the phone and very i was surprised I could the quick service I got..
Mark Corey came the same day he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable ..
He found the problem right away..
James River has regained my faith....
