park one services my building (151 at Biscayne) My husband has to pay $125 for a valet spot since his truck is too tall for a spot in the garage and that is our only option. The price was not an issue but the fact that we are paying that much for a spot just to have things STOLEN out of his truck continuously. We bring it to the valet manager's attention each time and he assures us that it has never happened before which makes me feel like he is calling us liars! He insisted on looking for an item himself the last time it went "missing", for him to even suggest that we misplaced it is insulting because we know that item was stolen since it wasn't where we left them. Terrible valet company and sometimes we can t request his truck in advance through the app because they didn t register it in the system. We ve only lived in our building for 3 months and have had countless problems. Something needs to change!
