Without words, order YA19127870 made on 11/30/19, I immediately realize that they put me in order a different and inferior product, to my complaints they guarantee me that they would have recalled the product and made the refund. Today 10/12/19 after having daily called x to ask when they would have reimbursed me I see myself delivering the package that I promptly sent back. Moral, I made a claim on paypal but so far no money. I state that I could not take advantage of the black friday discounts, I hope they have the goodness not to respond to the review. Absolutely do not make purchases also in light of all the negative reviews.
