This Jack's is really a failure on every front. However, it is really extra awful when it comes to how horrible the service is. So far, without exception in the last 2 months, including the experience that I just had 15 minutes ago, the staff are over the top rude, unprofessional, and frankly just plain mean. I just can't bear such boldly impolite and rude people my money anymore. I'm going to have to drive an extra few miles to eat somewhere else. And I have been a loyal Jack's customer since I was a little kid. It's just horrible. I even took 20 minutes to contact somebody on their website. That's how bad their staff behave. I've never made such and excoriatingly bad review of anybody or anything, but in this case it's the only authentic thing to say.
