Family member and I were in the wreck. They must ve paid off the hospital to get my info because they called us while we were there to set us up. This was over a year ago and ever since have had a terrible experience.
CYNTHIA IS A RUDE, TERRIBLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL person. The worst attitude I ve ever experienced, and so incompetent and had us repeating ourselves constantly bc she doesn t know how to take notes or be organized. Sounds like an older lady who needs to be fired asap. Took them forever to get a demand out even after I finished the chiro treatment I never needed or asked for. Avoid this firm!!!! Tbh what they re doing is illegal, I don t think there is a Nathan attorney. The manager there is the only one you get to speak to and she s incompetent and not an attorney too.
