We did the 2:45-minute around Manhattan Architecture tour on a sunny hot Saturday. Our experience was excellent. The boat was very comfortable and offered unobstructed views regardless of where you were seated (I enjoyed being outside on the bow for much of the tour, enjoying the breeze and open sky). The narrator was excellent. He kept going for almost the entire time, which is remarkable. Filled with a good mix of information. I would have been interested in hearing some critical opinions of what he felt were successes and failures in the design, but perhaps that wades into political waters they would rather avoid.

The service was great, friendly, and comfortable. The boat was comfortably uncrowded (I was worried there would be competition for the best locations). More than enough seats and groups were evenly distributed without jostling. Nicely done!
