The hotel is nice but the front office staff is no...

The hotel is nice but the front office staff is not helpful at all. We held an entire wedding here, but still we had to push our way through for small things..There wasn't much pro-active support from their end. <br/>Their one and only decorator is adamant and expensive, didn't really help out with good suggestions I'm budget. Our experience with other decorators in our other events was far more rich n smooth. They delivered so much decor in similar budgets (& with no compromise on taste).<br/>Although overall wedding went fine, but we had small glitches which could be easily avoided to make the entire experience smooth. We had to spend a lot of time and effort ourselves, in managing it smoothly, which was not the case in our other events hosted in other hotels. <br/>(Also there's lots of mosquitoes in the lobby and their outdoor premises).

Lousy experience with staff and decorator.
