While there was absolutely no wait time in the ER ...

While there was absolutely no wait time in the ER past Sunday, I was less than impressed by the lack of knowledge the PA and nursing staff had in caring for my daughter. She was injured on a trampoline and she had x-rays of her knee/leg. They acknowledged there was swelling and warmth to the touch. However, the report was that there was no sign of break or tear. Come to find out that there is a very clear and obvious fracture of the Tibial plateau that 3 medical professionals who are not currently treating her spotted. Please, your staff needs to be more thorough and accurate with the care of their patients, especially children.
