I recently had the need to download to my PC one of my IOS 9 iCloud backups.
Unfortunately, since Apple made significant changes, all tools I had, including iPhone Backup Extractor, failed to download the backups.
I contacted reincubate customer support and described the issue.
They have been very reactive. I got regular feedbacks and after a week or so a new version was published fixing the problem.
