I would like to take moment to thank you all up there at Huntsville Honda. We had the privilege of being appointed to your son Sean this past Saturday. He is the type of salesman that is very hard to find especially down here in Toronto who are a little pushier. His patience and professionalism was a great experience for both my wife and I who were up there to purchase our new 2016 Honda Civic Demo.
Sean was very knowledgeable about all the details regarding our car; he even set up our cell phone via Bluetooth to our new car, a big bonus. An additional surprise to boot was that Sean also informed us some more good news, in regards to our trade in Honda 2011 winter tires would also fit our 2016 Civic thereby saving us from spending an additional $ 800 to purchase new winter tires. We went up there to Huntsville seeking a new car deal with value along with fairness toward our trade in value. We were greatly relieved that Sean and his colleagues there made this transaction seem so seamless for us, he had even offered to deliver our car down to Toronto as an option, but instead we were even more amazed to know that he actually arrange to get us going in our new car within 2 hours. The very friendly staff there even transferred our belongings & rim locknuts from our 2011 Civic into our new Civic.
It was truly worth the trip up there to Hunstville and the service was second to none. I ll be sure to thank my friend George one of your customers who recommended your dealership to us because we were very pleased with the exemplary service and I will be sure to spread the word to my colleagues if they are looking for a great cars with awesome service to take a drive on up there, it was truly worthwhile. Mr. Armstrong, Your commitment to value to us as customers far exceeded our expectations.
