STAY AWAY!!! Do not trust this builder. Their Sales Representative swindled us into signing a sales contract. Shame on us for not reading over the contract closely (as she handed us forms at the cyclic rate). She stated one thing and had us sign something which stipulated something else. Upon questioning her, after the contract was signed, she changed her story and tried to make it seem as though she clearly explained the stipulation within the contract. Classic bait-and-switch. The company sales representative has a severely poor sense of integrity. Beware of any organization that employs that caliber of representative. Shame on you Sitterle Homes!
