This company is credit driven and although they say they will work with you ... It s a Lie. Credit must be 600 or better. They want you application money. Or will charge double deposit . This property is not worth it. Horrible location on King Street and the pictures on Trulia and Zillow show the carpet that is NASTY ! And they refuse to replace. There was a fire in Kitchen cabinets are burnt. Don t fall for the Video! Please look at this property before wasting your money !
