Excellent customer service. My family recently had a water leak and our bill went from approximately $50/month to $220/month. We had the leak repaired, and then contacted Greenville Water to see if they would help us out by pro-rating our account for the leak.
After they checked to make sure our leak was repaired (they had to come out twice because it wasn't completely fixed the first time), they gave us a credit of approximately $250. Their customer service department stayed in constant contact with us to let us know the status.
A company the size of Greenville Water (especially one that has a monopoly in Greenville) was not required to go this extra step. Very much surprised by their customer service, and very pleased.
