I made a request to move a motion activated light ...

I made a request to move a motion activated light on my townhome on September 2. Didn't receive an acknowledgement until September 9.

Never heard back so I finally asked for an update on September 29. (They never get back to you. You always have to ask for an update).

So finally they get back to me on October 5, only to tell me they need further information. I had booked the contractor a month in advance thinking it would be plenty of time to get permission. If I hadn't asked for an update, I'm sure I'd still be waiting for a response.

Seems they have no system or procedure for tracking issues and following up in a timely manner. The responsibility is entirely on you the client to stay on them about requests or issues.

I also have problems with visitors and vendors who park directly across from my garage door, making it difficult and sometimes impossible to enter or exit my unit. Response from my representative was, not our problem.

Lastly, my representative never answers her phone, ever.

P.S. I was concerned about writing this review in the event they would seek retaliation, but how much worse could they treat me then they already do?
