This is possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever contacted. I called Service America in January for a broken stove which would not turn off. (A serious issue) They sent someone out to diagnosis the problem. He was suppose to return a few days later to install the part. But instead, my appointment was canceled. Over the next few MONTHS I called several times and never received a phone call back. In April, they finally called me to schedule the appointment to install the part. And showed up over an hour past my block of time. (Which was a 5 hour block of time.) Seriously do not waste your time. I do not know how this company is still in business.
