Terrible. I end up using phone to get internet in a pinch - like now! I don't think I have another choice for internet but am looking into it. They say 100mbps but when I do a speed test I get between .8 and 2 mbps. I think the lack of competition is a big problem...if there were competition could they get away with a rating of 1.8 stars?
