I have previously written about a poor experience we had here nearly a year ago, which I do stand by. However, I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep here, and was met with the utmost compassion, respect, and sympathy upon doing so. Even though we could not be with him as this occurred due to COVID-19, the staff brought him back out so that we could say goodbye, and even allowed us to give them a couple of our shirts so that our pup could at least smell our presence and find comfort in his final moments. And for that, we are beyond grateful.
