Worst experience ever!!! The surroundings are beautiful and the sales agents are kind. However, once the contract is signed, good luck getting a live person to talk to you and help you. Everything goes to voice mail and response is slow. I was advised to list a second person on my contract, not knowing that this person had to sign and give wrriten consent before my parents could be interred. My co-signer lives in Puerto Rico. This resulted in a terrible inconvenience to me and my family in our time of grief. I am most upset at the lack of cooperation and helpfulness from Pinelawn Memorial Park and their staff.
