seriously? I've been a loyal sws customer for years. Since '08. Today I came into the store to buy a case. I knew exactly what I wanted a corsair 570x. The store was very busy so some of this is somewhat understandable. All employees were busy helping people. No problem I'll look around myself. For some reason 2 employees were helping different customers near the cases. Making it very hard to look for be case I needed, as I went around one of the isles one of the employees reached for an item and practically knocked me into the shelf.. told him excuse me I need to get to the shelf near his feet twice before getting his attention. After he moved I realized that wasn't the correct case either so I decided to wait for help.. no one made eye contact with me for around 5 minutes so I decided to go out to my car and call the store....

Spent about 10 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to let me know if the case was even in stock and then I hung up and drove out of the parking lot

What a waste of time. I usually preferred shopping at sws but amazon has better prices anyways. You guys are obviously busy enough that my business isn't very important! Definitely proved that to me today!
