The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. 15 minutes from airport, center city. That worked well. However, I will NEVER stay here again because although being very kind they must have been understaffed or this team was not good with time management. We didn't not get our room cleaned one day and they were out of towels for like two days. We were constantly told "they are in the dryer". There is a Target beside of this location- feel free to purchase your towels there and leave them to contribute to the hotel's count as we did. Or just go to the Hilton as we will in the future. I will NEVER return to THIS location, it was such a bad representation of the brand Marriot.
