I have been eating at this restaurant for the past...

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 16 years. Whilst I am not a weekly regular, I must have visited on average 8 times per year. I think the food has stayed true to its original spirit but the service is simply getting very poor. They have friendly enough hostess to greet you upon arrival and bid you goodbye but the service from the waiters are way below par. Snobbish, unapologetic, extremely unprofessional with the 'I cannot care less attitude'. It is difficult to justify the 12.5% service charge or to be convinced to go return again. For a restaurant that charges so much, perhaps they should train their young spoilt waiter a little better.
