How does one prepare for a formal hearing by requesting info from the owner late the day before your hearing? Then they send me a 'we didn't agree with the formal board decision (although now you're obligated to pay those taxes) so we're going to sue on your behalf. Sending your file to our 'litigation team' if we win you must reimburse us our litigation fees plus reduction. If we don't win you don't have to pay. I say you do your job and prepare correctly maybe a week or so before going to a formal don't you think? Incredibly disappointed.
