Want to love this place as it s local and small business but really needs to get some customer service and organization around holiday time. Took our toddler and infant and after awhile found a Xmas tree, a $130 one at that. Had the guy take it to prep it we went to wait in line and pay. Go out to get tree and no one can locate the tree. Waited and waited and finally enough was enough had to wait in another line for a refund. Quickly turned our family trip sour. Merrifield has about 300 more trees and I am in and out.
