Under construction. An alarm went off during our stay and blared for a long while. They charge a 100.00 non refundable fee for their pet deposit. They don't mention that in advance. They say there could be a few but they don't mention how much it is. That's roughly twice what most hotels charge and that was in addition to the 50.00 deposit you need to stay for the night. So all in, if you have a pet, it's 150 dollars in addition to the cost of the room. My pet is an ESA and should have been exempt from this fee. I was told it would be. Then they charged me anyways. When I complained they said it was a policy that they can't do anything about. Then why did you tell me it would be waived when i checked in? Im incredibly upset about the stay i had here because i used to love staying at this location. Never again.
