We came into the hospital, because my dog swallowed a popped balloon. The receptionist was calm and informative and provided timely service for the emergency. They set expectations for what would happen and there was little waiting between checking in and seeing the doctor. She was treated quickly and effectively and seemed in good spirits afterwards. What I appreciated most about Angell is how they provide empathetic and informative care. The several times I've been there, my dog received excellent care and I had a great client experience.
