I've worked with Basil twice; once on my initial mortgage to purchase a beautiful new home and then again when he brought to my attention that the rates had dipped enough to make it worthwhile to refinance to get a better interest rate. Throughout both processes, Basil was available, responsive, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Even on evenings and weekends, he was always responsive and was able to clarify things when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Basil highly to family, friends or anyone in need of a mortgage! He's top notch!!
2020 Update: I ve had the opportunity to work with Basil again to refinance and take advantage of the low interest rates now available and Basil continues to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!
