I purchased a vehicle at Griffin Ford on October 17th and could not have been more pleased with the superior level of customer service and exceptional cordial treatment that I received from the people that worked with me on the transaction. Frank Ballendux, New Vehicle Sales Consultant, was especially friendly toward me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciated. It was obvious to me that he is a true professional. Kay Horn, Business Manager, was likewise very professional, noticeably highly competent, and very thorough in the conduct of our business. On top of it all I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend Griffin Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
