I recently purchased a weighing scale from this company and overall, my experience was standard. The product functions well and serves its purpose adequately. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse their range of products. Shipping was prompt, but I did encounter some issues with the delivery process that required multiple follow-ups to resolve. Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the scale is satisfactory and meets my needs.
