I ended up leaving my toiletries bag during a visit. I immediately contacted the lost and found once I realized it was gone. I spent about 10 minutes speaking with their staff and they claimed they could not find my reservation. Once I was able to get passed this hurdle they were able to locate my bag. They planted the idea that since I was coming back in a few days to stay another night that they would just put my bag in my new room. This I thought was great and intriguing. I thought to myself wonderful customer service.

I arrived a few days later. The front desk said my bag should be in my room. Well it turns out it was not. I called back down to security (lost and found) they struggled to locate my bag. I received a call back stating it was found but it was empty.

I had 5 sets of contacts, beard oil, toothbrush, toothpaste, fingernail clippers, shampoo, body wash, razor and shaving cream. I would say about $60-80 worth of belongings. All that was returned was my finger nail clippers.

I reconnected the front desk and they contacted a manager. Little did they know I could hear the manager on the phone and he was not interested in speaking to me about the situation. They stated they would file a complaint with the official manager and give me a call back. Well that hasn t happened...yet

I even explained I was not looking to be compensated. I simply wanted to let them know, they have someone on their staff stealing from their customers. I will NOT stay here again for other reasons as well...
