I tend to be a detail-oriented perfectionist, and I was concerned about giving up too much control of our agency's website to a third party who might not understand what I'm aiming for. However, from my first sales call with Mark, to my multiple conversations with both designer Katie and marketing consultant Travis, I've felt that my goals & vision for the website have been understood and embraced. Everyone has been able to answer my questions to satisfaction.
