We are pretty disappointed with the customer service we have received as we have not had anyone call us back or contact us in reference to a concern with an account. We have called multiple times, emailed, and have been placed on the back burner. There has been issues on Centratel's end in regards to our community's updated contact information which has led to some pretty major issues. We would not recommend.
