I was traveling from Sudbury to Thunder Bay and seemed to be having issues with my windshield washer fluid so my first pick is Canadian Tire, always friendly and willing to help out. I asked if a mechanic could simply confirm that it was frozen, there was no need for a 20 point inspection, just have a peek and sure enough the only issue was that it was empty! (My mistake) As I watched him take 5 min to fill it up and replace one wiper, I walked out paying for a full inspection that I specifically didn t ask for and clearly didn t need and paid $92.00 for him to simple dump a jug of washer fluid in the reservoir. Completely unfair to any customer. $ 57.00 in labour fees for 5 minutes. Very disappointed in this experience. Shame on the service attendant as well as the mechanic for both agreeing to this.
