I'm buying a product and the seller had the parcel...

I'm buying a product and the seller had the parcel sent by transglobal express the email the seller/customer had sent didn't have the relivent information on it so I can't track my parcel... I've contacted transglobal directly and they where just as vauge as the email the seller received and because I'm not a customer they can't use the information I do have so I can track the product I've perchaced through the seller (transglobal customer) this company is a complete joke I don't understand how they are still in business and why the seller would use this shambles of a company is beyond me they are a 3rd party company who use courier services they pose as a courier service but the are a joke I'll never use them again if you have any sence use the post office cheaper reliable and more professional
