I submitted a claim on shoes bought in the outlet ...

I submitted a claim on shoes bought in the outlet and unfortunately it turned out that it is very complicated to claim a guarantee on it. I submitted the claim via customer service online on 2.06 incl. receipt and photos of the shoes damaged. After that I was recommended to contact via phone a person from the store. After another month I managed to reach her and she sent me return labels via Post. After I returned the shoes via Post nothing has happened for over another month. I tried to reach her via phone multiple times and none has picked up the phone. 2 months after I was successful and it turned out, she is not responsible for it and she re-directed me to another person. To sum up- it has taken 3 months, lots of my time was wasted for contacting customer service online, calling representatives from the store and attending post office to send the shoes back and I still do not have either shoes or money :(
