I had a wonderful experience. I was looking for my first car and I knew what I wanted for the most part. Right when I got to the dealership I was greeted by Herb Ratcliff. He was such an amazing salesman he really listened to me and took me to the right car . He found me a Mystic Yellow 2015 Honda Fit. I loved his sales approach because I had just left Kia and I felt like I had to escape for my life there. Herb was so nice and informative showing me all the things the car can do and how it worked with me personally. The process was smooth and pleasant . One of the best I've had! I am now a 2015 Honda Fit car owner!
