Please find another facility to going to go get help. It took a few days before I was give n my (31) bag with MY clothes that my family brought. (Staff said it was locked on the residential side) So, why could someone kindly retrieve it? The group sessions were helpful but, no individual therapy. If staff took the time, to ask Hey Why are you here? I would have explained the course of events that brought me to needing help. One staff member in particular, was good and compassionate to the best of her ability. It took 3x to the doctor that one of my meds was clearly not helping me and thank goodness for a great nurse who finally, seemed to listen to me. Rachel, their social worker helped but forget trying to contact their patient advocate, (A Joke) I do have a new found thankfulness for one lady whom let me "borrow" one of her shirts because of not receiving my clothes (Not in a paper bag) I know their policy is not let you have your cell phone and you can't use their phone for a certain time (supposed to help you) but, like myself not having any contact with my family made it worse....I had to miss going down to lunch in order to see the doctor-NOT aceeptable
