We are a Pilates equipment manufacturer that attempted to purchase fabric for our equipment. After several calls to the corporate office we had to wait two weeks for a local rep to contact us. Once they deemed to finally contact us we were told we had to submit ourselves to a credit check to purchase any products. This is without a doubt the least professional vendor we have had to deal with. It is clear that this company has no use for our business.
