Good location, but hotel is over 100 years old and...

Good location, but hotel is over 100 years old and feels creepy inside. Tub was chipped and had rust and lime stains. Carpet was worn. Pipe insulation was deteriorated and exposed. Exterior window was totally covered in dust. Just felt haunted.
