We had to wait to get drinks during happy hour eve...

We had to wait to get drinks during happy hour even though there was barely anyone at the bar and there were plenty of bar staff available. In fact one of the bartenders said she couldn't help because it wasn't her area. About 10-15 minutes later we finally ordered our drinks and buffalo tenders. A few minutes later we got our drinks, they were ok. About 15-20 minutes later someone from the kitchen brought out 3 different plates of food and put it on the bar. Because our bartender was away at the moment and no one else can help one another the food sat on the bar for another 5 minutes getting cold before it was eventually delivered to us. The food was cold and tasted disgusting!!! We were originally going to get dinner there but lets just say it left a bad taste in our mouth! YUCK!
