We are currently at our hotel waiting!! No one from the tour company is answering the phone! We have transportation and tickets to San Diego Zoo. We purchased through southwest! Southwest said they wouldn t help us! We confirmed with them yesterday and were told tickets would be emailed to us! We never received tickets and no one answers the phone either! Unbelievable!
