Love this place good service. Good food and decent rooms

30/ 08 Things have changed, service level gone down room service is very slow and the options are very limited now.

Just an example ordered curd and plain rice for ( room service and room number 336) dinner . The curd is full of paper inside ( refer the picture ) no big reaction from the staff as usual some sorry statements and useless explanation

This is the status of 5 star hotel
