I have used their services before but this year, due to COVID, I was told to apply online. I couldn't find free time slot to apply and I couldn't visit without one. There isn't a contact email (that I could find) or a contact number, only a comment section which wasn't answered. I was sure to check back daily and was never led to believe applications were closed, and time slots as far as 2022 were not available, so I couldn't access their services. I may have overlooked something but I was fairly diligent in looking at their web pages which directed me to the same page. Next year will be different, hopefully, and if needed I will be able to access their services as easily as other years have allowed.
