As gold medal members we knew what to expect from gold medal and their wonderful service. Juan was very helpful and was able to walk me through how the new thermostat worked. Including hooking it up to my phone.
We had to deal with a lot of tricky contractors after sandy. Gold medal was the only one who actually stands by their work and truly means it. Worth every penny.
