Hello, my name is Naresh. I born & brought up on Salem in Tamil Nadu. I am 2015 1st class graduate in Mechanical Engineering. After my graduation I worked as a CNC operator in SACL Company but my passion was to become design engineer. In that mean time, I came across IKSC. Here I took world class psychometric test, it helped me to understand the strength and weakness. Based on discussion with Atul sir, Then I decided to study Product design BIW as my domain.
In IKSC I am developed my expertise on 3D modeling, 2D drafting, Assembly and surfacing etc. Along with that I am learning six sigma, GD&T, PLM, PDM and value engineering to become industry ready. Here we can develop soft skill as well as project management skills.

I personally believe that IKSC is an institute which is dedicated to overall development of ourselves. I am in IKSC for last five month I realized lot of positive changes and improvement in my approach.
