We recently bought a used car from this dealership. We had a great experience until it came time to actually buy the car. The process took a ridiculous amount of time, we were there 12-6pm. The monthly payment ended up being $30 more than we had discussed, we didn t find out until 5pm when we went in to sign paperwork. We found out after that there was only one key and a missing floor mat. While we were waiting we were moved to the Nissan dealership where the salesmen were swearing up a storm while my family waited in the waiting room, very unprofessional. Then our paperwork was messed up so we needed to go back to the dealership to sign again. And then if that wasn t enough, we got a postcard in the mail two weeks later that the emissions test was due. We had asked if it was all set and were verbally told yes it had passed and was all set. Very frustrating experience with a lot of hidden extra expenses (in our monthly payment, needing to purchase a spare key, and floor mat). We will not recommend this dealership or return again.
