I would like to say that I don't always do a revie...

I would like to say that I don't always do a reviews but I had to with Bob Moore CDJR. After the day I had with Bob Moore I will not do business with them again. Lets start off with the day I arrived to drop off my truck.I pulled up to the service bay and got out of my truck and headed to the service desk to speak with the service rep. only one service rep was at the desk and he was on the phone for ten min before he was able to assist me. I told him i have an appointment of tomorrow and am here to drop off my truck early (so that it would be done on the day that i had reserved). The service rep tried to look me up but was unable to find my reservation big surprise. At no time did he say that they would not be able to get to my truck. I told the rep that I had Mopar total protection the extra coverage that covers the truck bumper to bumper for 100k. The rep tried to look me but was unable to find my plan. he took down my info and account number and said he would call them the next day. As soon as I left i called Mopar and got a hold of a billing operator that proceeded to inform me that I did have coverage. The Mopar operator called the Bob Moore CDJR to a big surprise no one answered, he left a message and informed the service rep to call him. The next day I called Bob Moore at 11:00 i figured 4 hrs to diagnose ball joints. called the service dept no answer so I left a message. once again called at 1:15 and talked to someone but not my service rep, he said that Jessie was at lunch and should be back in 10 to 15 min and that he would leave a message on his monitor to call me. I called back at 2:00 pm finally got a hold of Jesse and he informed me that the truck just got to a bay and that the tech was starting his inspection. He informed me that it would be 45 min and that he would call me back, I told him I would call back in an hour. after giving him and hour and half I called back with no answer. I redialed the dealership this time calling he operator and then asking for a manager. After finally talking to a manager i informed them that I would be coming down to the dealership to deal with this face to face. Once I got there at 4:30 the manager talked to me and explaned that they still had not looked at my vehicle. after talking to the service manager he acted like it was not a big deal and started to inspect my vehicle. after 30-45 min he returns and says that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. I inform him that another shop had said that they could not align my wheels due to the ball joints. he said everything was with in tolerance. I informed him that I would go to Chris Nikel. I asked him if something was going to be done about the service rep lying to me and he said that has nothing to do with the vehicle. obviously this must be standard practice lying to customers. At that point I could tell there was nothing else to be done with Bob Moore CDJR. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. To make it even better I drove home and jacked up my front end and did the standard put a bar under the tire and lift. low and behold the tire moves in the ball joints 1/4 inch on both sides. Hmmm I thought it was with in tolerance. lets just say Bob Moore you have lost a customer and I will continue to let people know what kind of dealership you run.
