Dishonest practices.
I received a letter from Viking Billing Service asking me, on behalf of Avis, to pay $617 following an Avis rental car damage.
After the rental, I gave the car back to an Avis employee on arrival place, there was no damage.
I called Avis, they confirmed that there was no issue when the car was returned.
If you research the Internet, this company is notorious for asking debt collection that does not exist. Then they apologize and say the case is closed. But they try to steal money that way...
Don't do business with them.
