Hello, This is my experience at lady of lourds. As you pull up to the front the outside as well as the scenery is nice but do not let that fool you. the customer services is not worth the talk as well as the appointments. I went in 6 times for 6 days cause my mother had 2 major heart attacks. I asked them for my moms floor number as well as some directions and the employees, will just look at you with dead eyes and if you repeat yourself. they will bark and tell you to calm down in a rather disgusting unprofessional matter. The building itself isn't sanitary either. I have been sick the second i entered the hospital and i found "duty's" as well as uncleaned, dusty, slippy, used equipment in my travels down the hall even with no gloves cause they forget. they do not double check their work so if you go here (which i hope to god you will not) make sure you Tell them 2-4 times back to back. to check again cause when my mom had the heart attack they only fixed 2 out of the 4 issues and she had it again the same night she had her first 2. so rather then keep her under care and make sure she is safe. they walk around the halls and the doctors do not show up till 7pm at night so if you plan on going home early that is a no no. you will be cursed at in the hospital, disrespected, and not getting the care you would of getting if you just went home and did it yourself. I am telling you this cause i don't want any of you going though what we did. Luckily they got bought by virtua so pray to god, all those employees get fired as well as make it what a hospital is suppose to be. save the brain cells. and tell your doctor to not send you here even though they do a ok job for stents.
