I was in need of a piece of stair bullnose, to match the floor we purchased in Ft Collins, where we live. Amber helped me out and was truly awesome. The bullnose cost less than $100, yet she treated me as if I was spending $10,000. Everything she said she would do, she did. It's easy to make promises, like so many places do, but much harder to keep them. I'd give Amber (& Paradigm) an 6 out of 5 for their friendliness, professionalism & customer service.
